Many of you know I am not good with words, but I felt it was time to say thank you the best I can. So here it goes...
I wanted to take the time and set a page aside at the end of this season to say thank you. This season we had the biggest turnouts for the series, all of which is because of you. Without you the series would not be here.
There are many people over the course of the season that help out behind the curtain. Help with computer issues at races, help total points, give advice, be supportive, write letters, help take photos and so many other things its hard to list. These people get so little credit. Today I want you to know how much I appreciate your help. Without you guys I'm not sure where we would be. You all should be very proud of yourselves this season! I can not thank you all enough!
This year the tracks really stepped up to the plate to host the series. Many went way out of the way to put on a great race. I not sure if many know what they do for this hobby or what it takes to host a event this size. They are a huge part of this hobby and get so little credit. Unfortunately they tend to get more complaints than thanks. I am saying thank you for everything you do today. Race tracks that can put on a event this size takes allot of preparation to hit a home run! The tracks that hosted this year have set the bar high for next season. This will only push us to be even better next season. Please take some time to tell them thank you for everything they have done.
Last I want to thank the sponsors for this season. All the sponsors have donated some great prizes for the season. In this economy that is a tough thing to do. They have really gone out of the way this year. I personally thank you for all you have done this year.
In the end this is a long way to say how much I appreciate everyone who has been apart of the series.
